LGBTQ+ at Intergen

Intergen has people from all corners of the globe and we are privileged to share our working lives with so many amazing people, each with their own unique experiences and perspectives. Our ‘Rainbow Alliance’ is one part of our Diversity and Inclusion team that supports LGBTQI+ people who have diverse sex, gender identity or sexual orientation.

Our ‘Rainbow Alliance’ provide opportunities to:

• support LGBTQI+ employees and allies
• be a contact point for management about rainbow community issues/concerns
• build the visibility of the group
• network and share information
• connect with other rainbow networks
• host social activities and events, and
• support diversity and inclusion initiatives, not only our own but from the wide D&I group too.
