To enter the Postgraduate Diploma in Business programme you will have been awarded or qualified for a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, with a minimum B- grade average in the highest level courses.

You will provide verified copies of all academic transcripts for studies taken at all universities other than Massey University.

To enter the Postgraduate Diploma in Construction you will have been awarded or qualified for:

• the Bachelor of Construction degree, or equivalent, or
• a relevant Bachelor's degree followed by a relevant Postgraduate Certificate or an equivalent qualification.

You will need to provide verified copies of all academic transcripts for studies taken at all universities other than Massey University.

To enter the Postgraduate Diploma in Education you will:

• have been awarded or qualified for the Bachelor of Education, or equivalent, or
• have been awarded or qualified for any other bachelor's degree or equivalent, and hold a professional qualification in teaching, or
• have been awarded or qualified for any other bachelor's degree or equivalent and have professional experience relevant to the intended postgraduate subject.

You will need to provide copies of all academic transcripts for studies taken at all universities other than Massey University.

You may be required to provide evidence of sufficient background experience.

If you hold any other bachelor's degree or equivalent and have no professional qualification in teaching you will need to provide a copy of your curriculum vitae (CV) to support your application.

The Postgraduate Diploma in Design is a selected entry programme. This means there are extra requirements you must meet.

To enter the Postgraduate Diploma in Design you will:

• have been awarded or qualified for a Bachelor of Design or equivalent, with an adequate grade point average
• submit a portfolio of design work
• take part in an interview if required.

Selection is based on your academic background, portfolio and interview (if required).

This programme is a selected entry programme. This means there are a number of extra requirements you must meet.

To enter the Postgraduate Diploma in Educational and Developmental Psychology (the internship) you will:

• have a B+ average or above over a completed Master of Educational and Developmental Psychology or over a Postgraduate Certificate in Educational and Developmental Psychology (or equivalent)
• have been awarded or qualified for least 60 credits of approved psychology courses including at least 45 credits at 200-level or higher
• meet all requirements as set by the New Zealand Psychologists Board for registration as an Intern Educational Psychologist, and

• meet the requirements as set by the New Zealand Psychologists Board, in terms of good character and fitness to be registered
• have access to a suitable psychology practice context and professional supervision for the duration of the programme.

You will need to provide the following documents:

• verified copies of all academic transcripts for studies taken at all universities other than Massey University
• a copy of your current curriculum vitae (including education and employment for at least the last five years)
• personal statement/cover letter
• a completed New Zealand Police Request and Consent form, along with two pieces of verified identification (one of which must be photographic) from the list of acceptable forms of identification on the checklist (see below)
• a copy of a police report from every country you have lived in for more than 12 months in the last 10 years - please do not supply originals.
• contact details of two referees

To enter the Postgraduate Diploma in Emergency Management you will have been awarded or qualified for:

• a Graduate Diploma in Emergency Management, or equivalent, with at least a B grade average, or
• a Graduate Certificate in Emergency Management or equivalent, with at least a B grade average, or
• an undergraduate degree and at least two years of relevant industry or professional experience.

You will need to provide verified copies of all academic transcripts for studies taken at all universities other than Massey University.

If you are applying with a bachelor's degree and relevant industry or professional experience, you will need to provide a curriculum vitae.

To enter the Postgraduate Diploma in Fine Arts you will :

• have gained a relevant bachelor's degree with a grade average that demonstrates an adequate level of preparation
• be selected into the programme through an interview and the assessment of a portfolio of submitted work
• have an appropriate level of English language proficiency.

To enter the Postgraduate Diploma in Health Science you will have been awarded or qualified for a Bachelor of Health Science degree or an equivalent qualification.

Note the following endorsements have additional requirements:

• For the Psychology endorsement you will have been awarded or qualified for an undergraduate major in Psychology with at leat a B- grade average in the 300-level Psyscology courses
• For the Medical Laboratory Science endorsement you will have been awarded or qualified for an undergraduate major in Science and there are some additional specific requirements.

To enter the Postgraduate Diploma in Information Sciences you will have:

• been awarded or qualified for the Bachelor of Information Sciences or an equivalent qualification, having achieved a B- grade average or higher over the qualifying 300-level majoring courses; or
• been awarded or qualified for a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification, having achieved a B- grade average or higher over the 300-level majoring courses, and have at least two years' relevant professional experience demonstrated via a portfolio, and an interview if required.

You will need to provide verified copies of:

• all academic transcripts for studies taken at all universities other than Massey University
• a CV and portfolio if applying on the basis of a Bachelor's degree and at least two years' relevant professional experience.

To enter the Postgraduate Diploma in Health Service Management you will:

• have been awarded or qualified for a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
• be working in the health industry.

You will need to provide verified copies of all academic transcripts for studies taken at all universities other than Massey University.

To enter the Postgraduate Diploma in International Security you will have been awarded or qualified for:

• have been awarded or qualified for a relevant bachelor's degree, or
• be able to demonstrate scholarly work in conjunction with extensive relevant professional experience.
