After applying for multiple jobs I found William Buck by far the most responsive. Once submitting my resume and cover letter, I received a phone call a few weeks later asking for an interview with the general manager and senior accountant. After the interview I was called back within 4 hours asking to come for a partner interview. Within 1 day of my partner interview I was offered a position with a contract given to me in one week. Weeks after I had signed and given my contract back I received a number of calls from other firms. However, due to the positive experience I had received I did not consider any of these, despite them initially being my first choice.
The process for me was a brief interview mainly focusing on my previous experience and a 'getting to know you' chat. There were some technical questions and a tour of the office.
I was not asked any of the technical questions, my interview was more like an informal chat between colleagues about accounting and job market.
I was interviewed by two directors and the general manager, all of which asked me an array of questions each
2x interviews, each with a director and HR rep
My process consisted of 2 interviews, one with HR and one with audit team leaders. There were no assessments.
The process was quick. I think from the time I was asked for the first interview to being offered the job was under two weeks.
I had 2 interviews, first with the general manager and then with a manager and accountant.
My interview process involved a single interview with a director, the general manager and a manager, in which we discussed my resume, previous work experience, etc. There were no assessments.
There was an online application and resume, video interview, interview with the General Manager and then interview with two business advisory managers
Send in resume, have interview, get the job and start 3 months later
There was rounds of interviews and also selections from a summer vacation program.
Usually a director and the general manager. Two to three interviews before offer of job.
Only two interviews and no testing, was quite low key.
Online interview followed by 2 face to face interviews
