Finally, we make contact with your nominated previous employer(s), school and/or university to learn a little more about your employment history, educational background and qualifications.

As a graduate, you will join a team of over 50 agribusiness specialists providing integrated financial services and sound advice across the business spectrum, from small family farms through to large corporate agribusiness operations.
We have a developed a one-year specialised agribusiness program to develop you into a well-rounded, rural professional. Training starts in the heart of the agri sector, Southland. After 12 months of receiving extensive training in Invercargill, the opportunity to be posted at one of our 24 offices nationwide, opens up.
