Cultural & Linguistic Diversity at Suntory Oceania

Suntory Oceania is committed to fostering a culturally inclusive workplace.

We are continuously reviewing new ways to integrate Te Ao Māori into our operations, including Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles and obligations, Te Ao Māori worldview, and Te Reo Māori and Tikanga and be inclusive of our Pasifika communities in Aotearoa. All this being underpinned with an equitable lens that focuses on education and exploring meaningful partnerships for our business and the community.

Our Culture EIG is in place to continue to foster a sense of belonging and understand our meaning as it relates to all cultures. We focus on the indigenous cultures of our countries, defined as New Zealand Māori and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders. We also acknowledge the Pasifika representation in our workforce and our Japanese heritage through Suntory.
