  • With a ‘dress for your day’ policy in place, Reckitt embraces individual difference and trusts their people to wear what they feel is appropriate and comfortable for the type of work they do in their day
  • Reckitt’s recruitment process is based on qualifications, performance record and abilities, helping to eliminate any bias and allowing a more diverse range of candidates to be considered for the program
  • A new set of Leadership Behaviours were introduced in 2021 which clearly set out the expectations of leaders at Reckitt and reinforcing the organisational culture expectations.
  • Reckitt partners with Gawura School to support their fight to provide access to education for First Nations children, no matter what their background or educational needs.
  • Employee’s can use their volunteer leave to provide hands on support at Gawura School.
