To be honest, I guess I may be a bit of a 'give me more ' - I have always given it everything and that has not changed. Even through having my own family. What works for me, does not work for everyone else. I am kind of the last person standing. I don't get sick and I like what I do. I have been lucky with the managers I have had over the years. They have been understanding and flexible if it was needed.

Every part of the year has different hours required eg during harvest summer hours there is plenty of work required and generally about 50 hour weeks are involved, but by then the weather is amazing and the daylight is longer lasting so there’s plenty of time for beach trips and concert hopping, and the bank account is always pretty happy about it. During the winter time our hours generally sit around 40 hours which i think is needed by this time as the days are shorter and colder also.
