Currently we have an exercise challenge in which is weekly based. The most participation from an individual or group based orchard we have vouchers to be done, such a good incentive for something very positive. We also have a refer a friend programme, which is a bonus based incentive if you are able to refer a friend and they last a certain timeframe. Yearly we also have surveys in which are employee based to find out what we can work on to improve different aspects of the company and ideas and strategies that can work well within the industry.
