Please tell us about promotion possibilities and fill us in on what it takes to move up the ranks.
I am happy in the position that I am in at the moment. I still have a lot to learn (in my eyes). I guess, there isn't the support there from the company to try and develop your skills. In my experience it is something that you have to identify and put things in place to develop that skill. Whether its talking to your manager and see if they can help you to work on it. I have never experienced upper management coming to me and talking to me about what I need to do to take that next step from their point of view. I guess thinking on it now, I feel a bit disillusioned on this, to what I may have been 3-4 years ago. I am a female in a mans world. I hate to say it, but it seems to be more true, as time pasts. I have to prove myself more and have the confidence to do so. Its the Mars and Venus thing. I feel at times that the pressures are more, but these could be the pressures I put on myself to succeed to a higher level.

There are possibilities to progress in the company constantly, in different departments. I think to move up the ranks, you need both a great attitude and the ability to adapt effectively to changing situations.
