Here are some of the benefits you get when you work with MSD:

  • Employee-led networks: Employee-led networks build a sense of community for our people so they can contribute, belong and thrive
  • Learning and development: They encourage the staff to grow and develop in their jobs.
  • Flexible working: Flexible working is about people having options regarding how they work and can include adjustments to when and where they work.  Because the people and the work they do is so diverse, flexibility will be different for people, depending on the work they do, the team's situation and their individual needs.
