Pros & Cons
Good exposure to a range of processes and products. Good work-life balance. Good people
Exposure to all levels of management hierarchy
You are given the opportunity to be accountable on major (multi million) projects even in your 1st year. This is a massive opportunity for recent grads that want to affect their workplace as soon as they graduate.
You are making decisions and owning your projects right from the beginning. Everyone's voice is heard, no matter what level you are.
The people. All high caliber individuals who motivate me to be the best version of myself.
Poor, inefficient systems. Slow.
Work hours
High turnover so people that you work with in projects may change constantly. Blurred lines of leadership that may be a reason for difficult flow of information and decision making
Thinly resourced means high workloads.
