Salary at Jacobs New Zealand

I feel I am getting a good wage compared to my peers at other companies in similar roles.

Pay is standard for market. No bonuses. Good pay progression.

TAP bonuses shouldn't get taxed. Surprised there is no Christmas bonus. Otherwise pay is great.

It is average for a 5 day/week

I think as a graduate our pay rate is on the lower side of the scale across all the businesses in the sector. However, I enjoy my job so pay is less important. I can't comment on bonuses as I am unaware of any

Annual review - generally externally benchmarked and you can argue through a formal process if you want more.

Pay is competitive and above the market rate. There are no bonuses at Jacobs but annual salary increases vary depending on your performance through the year.

Car leasing, discount flights & working from home

There used to be a free physiotherapy session at the office weekly but since covid lockdown came, it was just not possible anymore. Would be good to have it again though.
