Managers are readily accessible very supportive of providing mentoring and support to junior staff, and are good at giving publicly recognising outstanding work by individuals.

My manager is awesome! He always makes time for a catch up and a chat, even just a social one to see how things are going both in and out of work :)

Some managers are great. Others I have little interaction with as I do not have project work with them and not everyone is in the office.

My immediate manager (team leader) is great! He is proactive and ensures that the projects I'm working on are what I want to be doing. He has showed me alternative career progressions rather than just being technical all the time. Communication is clear and I feel like I am a valued part of the team

Regular town hall with senior managers. Most are good mentors - you need to find the right person for you

Managers will likely vary between teams, but I have had only positive experiences. I find there is constantly a good level of support, guidance, and feedback, which has been valuable as a graduate.
