I have seen some diversity and that is refreshing.

I think our profession puts too much emphasis on female diversity. To me, diversity is all encompassing, and efforts need to be made before students even get to university for them to be successful in achieving true diversity. I am stoked to see the introduction of the butterfly effect program, and am very keen to push this out to schools as a meaningful way of getting people of all diversities into STEAM.
