Jacobs has a large program dedicated to CSR, some of the projects include university/school interactions and charity involvement such as Movember.

Seems good, would like to see some volunteering opportunities but covid so understandable

Jacobs Christchurch have participated previously in cooking for the Ronald McDonald House, planting around walking tracks etc.

Everyone/ Every company can always do more. There are annual challenges where people need to propose what they want to implement throughout the office/several offices and it is reviewed by senior management and judged. The ones judged best are given funding to be implemented

There are many sustainability and CSR initiatives in the company such as Plan Beyond and a focus on giving back to the community through volunteering, especially on STEAM related activities.

Management possibilities

Lots of well-being seminars, diversity trainings, etc.

Monthly Revit/ BIM discussions with colleagues to help everyone increase their technical knowledge

Carbon credits.
