We provide, in a spirit of justice, charity and humility as exemplified by St Vincent de Paul, quality temporary accommodation and community support services for families, and to locate, provide and support adequate, affordable and secure housing to assist families to transition from emergency housing to a stable housing environment.
In this spirit we aim to assist families to remain together with dignity and to achieve and sustain their independence.
De Paul House fulfills its mission by serving the poor in whom are seen the face of Jesus Christ and in so doing, while recognising the multiple forms of poverty, to focus primarily on those with a financial income insufficient to maintain healthy family life and to respect people’s ability to determine their own lives, irrespective of age, ability, race or creed.
