Good pay from what I heard from other friends. Haven't heard of bonuses but bonuses make people work harder and let them feel rewarded for working hard rather than doing the minimum required of them
I think I'm underpaid for my job title but well paid for where I'm at in my career. Because I've come from a grad programme. I'm paid based of a graduate experience. But compared to other people in my role, I don't get as much. Pay is not something people usually talk about openly, so it can be hard to qualify how much you think you should get. Bonuses are for particular parts of the business. I've never been in a team where bonuses are an option.
The pay is competitive for a graduate role. Bonuses/pay rises are not guaranteed and depends on the larger team budget. They used to give out christmas hams at the end of the year for a bonus but instead this last year they donated the money to a mental health charity (this was rather controversial).
Datacom does not have bonuses or incentives for graduates.
It's great to have some security as your base salary, but some people do just get paid a base and that is all. Getting a bonus on top of your base salary is also a positive thing, though this bonus should be based on the team goals rather than individual where everyone in the team gets a fair share.
This low score is only temporary because all graduates are paid the same amount, which does not allow the individual to be paid at an accurate level for their productivity,
I have not had any experience with bonuses, for a graduate the starting salary is generous
It is very low, well below market rates.
When I worked in the corporate side of the business I think pay could've been better. I also don't receive any bonuses but I don't mind. For my current role I feel I am well paid and the company pays to the market rate.
