What social activities do we offer?

  • We have a Wellbeing team that organises regular wellbeing related activities and events throughout the year typically for a particular theme eg White Ribbon, Movember etc - we find this is a great way to bring people together for a good cause and to have some fun.
  • There is also an Aurora Social club that has events throughout the year
     

Recruitment Process

Our typical recruitment process includes:

  1. Application via our careers page, or typically SEEK and Linked In
  2. Phone interview (for some roles eg Graduate and Internship positions)
  3. Structured Interview (often via Microsoft Teams)
  4. Second interview in-person and culture check - meeting the team and relevant people you would work with.
  5. Work Sample, presentation exercise and/or psychometric testing (for some roles)
  6. Pre-employment checks including references, verification of qualifications and pre-employment drug test.
