How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
Company is very flexible when it comes to hours and we can work from anywhere we want.

Very flexible work hours. Choose when you start and end, so long as you fulfil the full-time reqs and make it to meetings.

Very flexible-only constrained by team syncs and oncall

Atlassian's work hours are very flexible - as long as you are online for meetings and get your work done, Atlassian doesn't care what hours you are working. For example, my colleagues who have children can work at different hours so that they are still able to spend time with their kids.

We can choose if and when we come into the office. Our company is extremely flexible with hours, as long as we get the work done that we're expected to get done and do it within an expected deadline they're happy for us to work from home, come into the office, or work from overseas.

Very flexible, you can work whenever you want as long as you carry out your responsibilities (e.g. attending team meetings) and you get your work done We do technically have timesheets but they are only for tax reasons

Very flexible. I try stick to the typical 9-5 but sometimes start work later and work till later.

Atlassian is VERY flexible when it comes to hours and also where you work. You can be 100% at home, 100% in the office (like me) or anything in between. As long as I go to meetings/standup and can sync with my teammates, hours are very flexible too.

Extremely flexible. We get lots of autonomy and choice on where and when we work. I've been able to travel while working to places like Indonesia and New Zealand. I'm able to have 2-hour lunch breaks that allow me to cook and eat lunch, walk my dog, exercise, and run any errands.

No pressure to work after hours, very flexible with what hours you work (as long as you attend important meetings)

Atlassian is THE flexible working company. We are free to do our work whenever and however. Obviously, you need to attend meetings but I am free to take an hour here and make it up later if required. This allows a lot of flexibility around my daily routine.

My company is really flexible with work hours as it's a global company with all sorts of timezones in the same teams/products. Working from home I can start and finish pretty much whenever I want, and it's super easy to step out for appointments and such too. I normally work from about 7am-3pm to align with my Sydney coworkers timezone and to also have time at the end of the day free. But I could work 9-5 If I wanted. It's very flexible.
