Please provide further information on diversity with respect to women, ethnic minorities and LGBT. Please comment on issues such as recruitment, retention, promotion, child care, maternity leave, etc.
We're extremely committed to diversity and it shows in every aspect. There's literally nothing negative I could mention here.

Looking around the office it seems like a very inclusive and diverse company. I know we offer all of the standard leave packages such as maternity, child care etc. We also offer time off for domestic violence. I have several LGBTIQA+ friends in my cohort in fact and everyone is very ethnically diverse. I think they've nailed it with this one.

You see a lot more underrepresented groups (women, LGBTIQA+, etc) in the graduate cohorts than at many other tech companies. It is definitely something that the campus programme leadership care about a lot

Lots of women in the workplace. Good maternity leave policy.

Atlassian is huge on diversity - our recruitment is heavily focused on LGBTIQA+ and females. We also celebrate a lot of the community as well as ethnicities and women.

We have lots of events and talks about and for minority groups such as ethnic minorities and the LGBTIQA+ community, and even for women in tech. I believe we also have special recruitment opportunities for those in these groups too.
