Life at 2degrees was not something that I thought I was missing. It's a hub of immense opportunity and innovation, constantly propelling me to acquire new skills and grow. Throughout my journey here, I've received exceptional support from HR to senior leadership, whether it's exploring fresh ideas or posing arbitrary questions.
My roles have spanned from Cloud and Platform Engineer to Wholesale Energy Analyst, and now I serve as a Security Delivery Engineer. Each role has exposed me to multiple software services and expanded my technological knowledge beyond what I thought I would achieve.
I have also had the opportunity to be involved in our many Employee Resource groups, particularly the Women in Tech group. Together, we have organised many social and industry events to foster connections and knowledge sharing between women.
This Graduate programme has also given me the privilege to be involved in our first internship programme. Serving as a mentor and buddy to these interns and organising the Intern Project has improved my personal development through honing my leadership, adaptability, and communicational skills.
