So as a graduate, you can absolutely expect to have the benefits of a hybrid model with the option to make work ... sorry, work and your home life integrate in a way that suits both yourself and your team. So as a new graduate, everything is obviously brand new. There's lots to learn, lots of new faces and all that fun stuff that comes with the new transition to the working world. So we do encourage that you spend time in person with your team to support your own learning and development, as well as to help forge those future connections. But equally, you'll be able to work with your counselors, your managers to understand the schedule that sits for you.
