Course structure

To graduate with a Bachelor of Business (Honours), you must complete 120 points from:

  • Specialisation courses
  • Research methods courses
  • A dissertation

Research methods courses (30 points)*

The research methods courses explore philosophical issues related to the design of research and the research process. They include training in research methods to prepare students to conduct methodologically rigorous research.

*In the Economics specialisation you will complete 45 points of research methods courses and 15 points in the specialisation

Research (Honours) dissertation (60 points)

This piece of supervised research contributes to the body of knowledge in your chosen business and economics discipline. You should consult your academic supervisor about your dissertation topic and proposed research.
