I hope that my hard work is recognised by the time my 2 year contract ends and that I can either stay in the UK, progressing through the ranks to a new position in the PRUK wine team, or to move to an exciting new country to perform a more senior role using my experience and unique skills.
Performance is measured objectively (using pre-set measures and objectives) and reviewed every 6 months. As your performance improve and skill-set grows you have more backing to apply for internally advertised positions via Imove (an internal HR application).
