As a graduate at HEB Construction, you'll work with leaders in their fields, and be involved in some of the fantastic work they do, such as ports & marine piling, large-scale land development and utilities, road surfacing & maintenance, bridge construction, all the way through to major National Projects that change our landscape.
They run a two-year programme, where you get the fantastic opportunity to rotate through their specialised business units as a Graduate Engineer with a dedicated team to support you through your journey.
Throughout the two-year programme, you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop as an engineering professional. The hands-on practical experience you gain working with them is complemented by professional development opportunities such as support with your ENZ accreditation, internal and external training, and a dedicated mentor from the business to help you navigate your first steps into a successful career in Civil Construction.

Qualifications
You will be completing the final year of your bachelor's degree in a Civil Engineering or Construction-related discipline and have a strong understanding and passion for civil contracting and the environment they operate in. You will need to move around their sites and projects to gain breadth and depth of experience, so being flexible around your work location is a must.
