Could you answer the questions of tomorrow, today?

As technology transforms the way we all live and work, your success will be defined by your mindset as well as your skillset.

When you have the right mindset, you are better able to adapt, lead and manage through change. The right mindset puts you in control of your growth, career path and future as you continue to learn and acquire new skills. Your curiosity, open-mindedness and enthusiasm will help to shape your future and ours.

The exceptional EY experience. It's yours to build.

How can undiscovered opportunities help you discover your best self?

Discover your direction with the EY Career Compass Programme. During our structured learning sessions, you'll learn how to evaluate your career options to make smarter decisions for your future. The Career Compass Programme experience is designed to give you a first-hand experience of EY, so you can find out as much about us as possible about EY people, culture, how EY teams operate and provide services, and most importantly, how we can help you to build your future. Demonstrate that you're a high achiever, and you may be invited to interview for the EY Intern Programme.

How do we help the world work better?

We pride ourselves on being an inclusive employer. This is driven by leadership and everyone at all levels are held accountable day to day. We have a number of internal employee networks including Ability EY, our disability network, Unity, our LGBTI network and our Māori employee network enabling us all to embrace and value the diverse society we live within.
