The Role

Serve as the communications coordinator for our Group Communications team supporting the planning and execution of all communications initiatives and strategy, as developed by the Group Communications Managers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to support the execution of compelling, high-impact campaigns across multiple channels to successfully engage target accounts, supporting the marketing team to generate pipeline/opportunities for Sales.

What you’ll do

  • Support the NZ and Australian Communications Managers with all communications activities to deliver results as defined in the Communications Plans.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of communication plans
  • Draft internal and external communications for various campaigns and projects as well as business as usual communications.
  • Source, edit and publish internal news stories for the company intranet.
  • Select and compile daily roundup of key media stories for Datacom, competitors, customers and industry.
  • Upload content, images and video to our intranet and our internal video screens.
  • Manage internal communications email database and keep it updated
  • Edit, prepare and send internal communications throughout Datacom Group as directed by the Communications Managers.
