About Counties Manukau Health

Counties Manukau Health is the overarching organization responsible for New Zealand's national health service and will work closely with its partners at Te Aka Whai Ora – Māori Health Authority. July 1st was the beginning of something special as they started working together to create a simpler, more equitable, and accessible health service.

Your role

Counties Manukau Health's Radiology department is large and diverse with state of the art medical imaging equipment that includes:

  • 14 General x-ray rooms, most with DR
  • Two dedicated Angiography suites
  • A theatre service with a variety of equipment
  • Four CT scanners performing acute and elective CT scans including Cardiac CT
  • 2 x 3T and 1 x 1.5T MRI scanner

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing radiography services.
  • Responsible for liaising with patients, radiology staff and other hospital staff.
  • Responsible for safe use of radiography equipment and patient care.
  • Responsible for fulfilling allocated shift and call duties.
