Your role

CBRE is seeking intelligent, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individuals to join their Data Support team. This critical role plays a vital part in ensuring the business has access to up-to-date and accurate information, ultimately contributing to its market success.

The successful candidate will be responsible for data maintenance, gaining exposure to various areas of the property industry. They will also work closely with the business, acquiring valuable hands-on experience relevant to property qualifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Research vacancy and new development surveys
  • Data uploads and maintenance
  • Ensuring building and tenancy information is kept to date
  • Data analysis and reporting using Excel, Salesforce as well as other in-house systems
  • Providing ad-hoc assistance as required

This part-time role will suit a tertiary student currently studying a property-related degree and looking to position themselves long-term within the commercial property industry.

Requirements:

  • A full NZ driver’s licence and access to a vehicle

  • Strong Excel skills and the ability to extract and manipulate data
  • An ability to learn rapidly
  • The ability to work with us until the end of 2025 at the minimum (eg. not finishing university or looking for full-time work until the end of 2025 or later)
