Was still coming out of Covid at the time so had a online interview with a director and manager. Following was asked to complete a online assessment.

Initial assessment, then two interviews.

Interview process was quite straight forward. Had to submit a cover letter and CV and indicate which service line I was interested in. Once I did that, I did some psychometric tests. Within a week I was asked to have an interview.

Interview is usually done with Senior Manager above, and could include directors as well. Interviewing process is pretty chill, just feels like a conversation.

Why do you think "worst grade" in academic transcript was achieved?
Graduate, Auckland
Do you have any specific tips and advice for candidates applying to your company? How would you recommend they best prepare?
Do the research, know some history/services and use this in the interview.
Graduate, Auckland
Learn as much as possible about yourself, ensuring that you can articulate exactly what you accomplished in each of your experiences.
Graduate, Auckland
Be yourself! I felt that they want to know about you as a person and how you operate rather than what you know. Having past job experience (not necessarily in the accounting field) is advantageous as it shows that you can work in teams.
Midlevel, Auckland
Be genuine with your responses, it's more about seeing whether you would be a good fit for the company and in my opinion it comes down to 1. what kind of a person you are & 2. how committed you are or would be to the role once you jump into it.
Midlevel, Auckland
Research the company prior, know what they do and when certain milestones were achieved in the businesses history.
