Everyone here seems really friendly and approachable, which is great because I feel comfortable asking anyone questions. This has been incredibly helpful for my adaptation process, as I can learn from colleagues with varying levels of experience. Additionally, our team frequently organizes events, and we have an upcoming team-building activity.

Culture within the office is great. We all share a common purpose and work together to ensure the needs of our clients are met. Although there is a hierarchy with directors, managers and consultants, everybody is approachable with any questions. We have regular team building events and have a monthly drinks which is great for socialising with colleagues.
