A training course in Lifting Our Māori Understanding was run with sessions every 2 weeks.

My communication skills were enhanced the most since I started, picking up cues on how to write through feedback and with workshops and one on one coaching sessions. This year, I have training lined up for economics, Māori cultural and reo competency and ministerial writing.
