As a graduate of the Xero internal IT team, you’ll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to Xero’s rapidly growing internal user base. As this is a user-facing role, you’ll be a highly visible representative of our team, providing other Xero staff with the tools they need to do the best work of their lives.

IT support is not just dedicated to providing world-class technical support and technology, we’re also dedicated to providing the highest levels of service to our users.

At Xero, you’ll have access to the latest technology and work with world-class IT management software. We use both Windows and Mac, so you’ll get to experience a broad range of different IT solutions.

During your time as a graduate, you’ll get to work with our global IT Support team, spend time learning from our infrastructure and compliance team, and be introduced to different aspects of the people systems environment.

What we’d like to see from you

You’ll be a great listener, an out-of-the-box thinker and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

We’re looking for applicants with a technology-focused degree such as computer science, or someone in the process of gaining a comparable qualification.

Ideally, you’ll:

  • have a passion and excitement for technology
  • possess outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
  • have great written and verbal skills
  • demonstrate great multi-tasking and time management skills
  • be a logical problem solver
