How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
WSP is flexible when it comes to hours. Most people are working a standard 40 hour 5 day week but we have the option to alter start/end times or hours per day to work with our schedule if needed.

I am on contract for regular full time work for 40 hours a week and very rarely will I spend more time than that. In the cases that I do work more than a regular 8 hour work day, it will be to finish off tasks for a deadline and even then it will not more than an extra 2 hours. As long as you are online for work during some core hours for meetings and coordination (11am-3pm), the company is okay for you to work during your own set hours from my experience.

They let me work from home and schedule my life between my work calendar; I can make doctors' appointments between work and etc. I get to work from home a reasonable number of times and am not too pressed to come into the office but I like going in.

WSP is very flexible when it comes to work hours. Being salaried means occasionally exceeding the 40 hours of work to meet deadlines

Working a 40 hour week my office is flexible with how these hours are filled day to day as long as targets and deadlines are met. I am also able to work 1-2 days a week from home. My office has provided me with a computer screen for home to create a productive home office environment.
