Recruitment Process

We want to know more about you to help you to succeed. These are the steps in our talent selection process:

  • Online Applications are open from 15th March till 31st July. Short-listed candidates identified.
  • A short video application and an online questionnaire to understand your skills and what motivates you.
  • Group Assessment Session an opportunity to learn more about TSA, meet our teams and to give us a chance to see you in action working on a simulated consulting problem as part of a team.
  • Psychometric Assessment to help us better understand your personality preference, what you like and where you need some help with development.
  • Face-to-face interview; to understand your aspirations, answer your questions and provide you with more detail about what we offer.
  • Offers to successful candidates.
  • Program kicks off in Feb 2025.
Recruitment Process

Remuneration & Career Growth

$65 - 75k including phone and other employee benefits. 

All our graduates have access to our award-winning online learning and development platform. At the end of the Graduate Program, Grads are promoted to Assistant Project Managers or Consultants depending on whether you choose to work in our Project Managment or Advisory business stream. Further promotions are given on merit when an individual displays consistent proficiencies in core competencies.
