I think the pay is one of the highest in the industry

The highest I personally know of for first year structural grad salary. No bonuses I'm aware of though.

First year salary is more than other companies.

The pay is clearly higher than other competitors in the same space, but yet to see how the progression goes. Australian offers are also significantly higher.

Pay at Tonkin Taylor is really good compared to other companies. They even gave us graduates a bonus to help us kick start our career because as everyone knows, students are broke.

I am very satisfied with my pay as a graduate, and will have to see how the annual review of salary is like.
