After the 2 year program, I am told that the business will offer us a permanent full-time position at the company based on the performance during the graduate program. The company also seeks internal people before wanting to hire people externally so they are very flexible when people want to change departments or fields.

I can see that there are multiple routes that you could take working at Toll. Once the grad program is complete you are typically placed somewhere within the business. Your personal preference and skill set are taken into account very seriously, and Toll does its best to accommodate you while also filling the needs of the business. Consistent hard work, is really what it takes to move on through. Also doing your time. That is not to say you have to be with Toll forever to get to senior positions. As long as you show commitment and eagerness to learn and stick it out, learn all of the bottom processes so that at the top you can make informed decisions, you'll move quite quickly.
