Participants have the unique opportunity to live near Orlando, Florida in a diverse community with people from across the globe. Make new connections, learn directly from Disney leaders and build enduring friendships as part of this multi-month paid work experience.

Designed to give you new skills and training, the Disney Cultural Exchange Program is comprised of three elements: living, learning and earning.

Living – Integrate with passionate students from all over the world in a shared community environment. Welcome events, off-site trips, and sporting competitions are hosted regularly, and transportation is provided for work and play.

Learning – Networking events, learning activities and personal development courses are just a few of the opportunities offered to participants. Broaden your understanding and experience in the living laboratory that is the Walt Disney World Resort.

Earning – Gain transferrable skills, leadership experience, and customer service knowledge. Regardless of your area of study, this experience will strengthen existing skills and foster new abilities to best prepare you for future endeavors.
