We're looking for the next Construction Management superstar! If you're passionate about building a lasting career in construction and want to fast track your Management development, our Cadet programme is just the ticket.

What will your responsibilities be?

As a cadet in Summerset's Management Training Programme, you'll be fast-tracked to becoming a Site Supervisor on one of our large scale, retirement village developments. These are complex, multi-faceted developments, ranging in value from $100-$400m. Working closely with our existing Project Managers, Site Managers and Site Supervisors, you'll finish the programme with the skills required to manage, supervise and coordinate the day to day running of a safe and structured construction site. This is a structured programme with expert mentorship provided to you, to help you achieve your goals.

Who we are looking for?

First and foremost, we want to see passionate leaders, who care about their careers and making the most of the cadetship.

  • Graduating or recently graduated with a degree in Construction Management
  • Understanding of working construction sites
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrable leadership capabilities
