What will your responsibilities be?
As a cadet in Summerset's Management Training Programme, you'll be fast-tracked to becoming a Site Supervisor on one of our large scale, retirement village developments. These are complex, multi-faceted developments, ranging in value from $100-$400m. Working closely with our existing Project Managers, Site Managers and Site Supervisors, you'll finish the programme with the skills required to manage, supervise and coordinate the day to day running of a safe and structured construction site. This is a structured programme with expert mentorship provided to you, to help you achieve your goals.
