The Grad programme requires you to travel to a two-day training event once a year. There is also online training available which covers a wide range of soft skills. I have done courses on communication and career goal setting.

The programme itself is quite structured although not really supportive beyond one or two days a year. I think they are also looking to introduce a more structured CPD programme too.
