New starters are required to be in the office for the first 6 months. After that there is the option to work from home. Changing your regular hours due to life commitments is super easy and the managers are very accommodating. Flexibility is definitely an options, it's just a matter of having a conversation with your manager and lots of people work from home nowadays

I'm typically in the office 4-5 days a week. I think my schedule is quite flexible, I don't typically do 8 hours every day. Sometimes I choose to work 9 hours on one day, 6 the next, 8 hours the next but ultimtately I do make up all my hours. I like this, because it allows me to have more flexibility in my day, and how I choose to spend my time. Eg if I need to go home early one day, I don't feel that I have to stay at work and meet my hours, because there is an understanding that I will get it done later

Hours are very flexible. Can even work from home.

Generally should be in between 9-4, but as long as you do 8 hours per day on average and communicate any unusual times out of the office, it is pretty flexible
Graduate, Dunedin
Very flexible. some weeks Ill rock up at 9.30 others at 7, as long as you are in the office during the core hours no one minds. and "in the Office" it can be home or a different office
Graduate, Wellington

I work 40 hours a week but they are quite flexible about when. As long as you do your hours you can work from home, or start/finish early/late.
Graduate, Christchurch
Expected to work 40 hours per week. There can be exceptions to this if you ask for prior approval.

Great flexibility when needed

My work hours are fixed at 40 hours however the company encourages a good work life balance hence I can come into the office and leave the office at various times within reason.

Normal working hours are 40 hours per week. This is the usual time with flexability around hours per day. If extra work is required, overtime and time in lieu is avaliable.
Graduate, Dunedin
The company is very flexible with hours, they are happy for people to work from home if they need or want to. I do feel there is more pressure as a graduate to do more hours, but that's probably just because I want to impress people, not because there is external pressure.
Graduate, Dunedin
Very flexable, you can finish

It is a very flexible workspace. Working from home is very common and there are no set hours (i.e. you are not required to log your time in and time out). Most importantly is that you get your work done for the day. Lunch hours are also not set which is nice.
