Yes, I am satisfied with my managers. I have two team leads that I can go to if I have questions and need help. They are good mentors and always keep me involved in the team.

Managers are very active in their work. Higher management often send out companywide emails across the country but make the effort to visit all the office once a year. You have to find your own mentor who is not your manager which I think is a good thing to have some separation. Managers are very understanding overall.

Internal communication is conducted very efficiently through teams and email, performance feedback with my line manager is done monthly, and praise and recognition for my work is at an acceptable level.

They are very knowledgeable and experienced, but they often are so busy and relied on by others so much they don't really get time to mentor. I will say that every time I've asked, they will always give me their time, but often they are very very busy.

My team is small and growing so may be not representative of other teams, but manager is quite busy and you don't feel the best bothering them. However they are still a great mentor, and offer high quality feedback not infrequently.
