There is a good share of female working in my team. We are active in the women in infrastructure community where we have funded tickets to events. Everyone is respectful of the team and doesn't discriminate against race, and gender.

i see all kinds of people here, it is a good environment for all of us.

While studying i was told male dominated field, but this office is half female half male which is really nice.

There is lots of different leave available. The company also holds regular events to celebrate things like international womens day or similar

This company is very diverse. A lot of different cultures and a lot of females as well.

Atmosphere seems supportive, especially with younger people. However there does seem to be a bit of a lack in diversity in my local office and my local team. Majority male, majority European, no one is openly LGBT+ (but again I have only been here one month)

Very inclusive, lots of education around these things, but run by the office so its very fluid in the presentations,

Due to the nature of engineering it is a male dominated sector, however the Dunedin office specifically have many female engineers and technicians.

There are events and presentations regarding LGBT often, as well as emails.

Stantec is in full support of all the above and commonly holds events to celebrate.
