There is a good share of female working in my team. We are active in the women in infrastructure community where we have funded tickets to events. Everyone is respectful of the team and doesn't discriminate against race, and gender.

Atmosphere seems supportive, especially with younger people. However there does seem to be a bit of a lack in diversity in my local office and my local team. Majority male, majority European, no one is openly LGBT+ (but again I have only been here one month)
