Graduate Programme

Year 1: induction and orientation, mentoring, health & safety, career and professional development, business acumen, effective writing and time management

Year 2: presentation skills and networking, project delivery, client relationships and Myers-Briggs personality type indicator

Year 3: sustainability, risk management, negotiation skills and legal issues. Your key success factors You’ll be assigned a mentor to support you with additional guidance throughout the programme. Regular training occurs through various channels like online modules, Skype and face-to-face. You can start working towards professional accreditation, and experience technical training as it happens on the job and within your sector.
