From what I know about the maternity leave policy, it is excellent. However, when it comes to real inclusion/diversity, there is a lot to be desired. There is an effort to recruit more women but not much being done to change the culture to make it a good place for women to stay.

I know maternity leave is a big thing here at S32, flexibility helps with the child care access and retention is a big factor as we do not want to lose skilled employees.
