2021 Internal Content and Communications Creative - 6 week contract

Your Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious graduate, intern, or freelance Content and Communications Creative to help deliver key people projects for our People and Operations team. You will have the opportunity to think individually, be a part of a cohesive team, and help drive these projects forward, using your design and digital experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Transform the provided content with creativity and user experience at the core, to form the delivery of the Re-Leased Career Pathways hub
• Design and execute engaging content our people can easily consume and interact with across the career pathways and learning journey, including leader videos, process maps, pathway infographics, and diagrams, etc.
• Support content design for internal corporate communications
• Deliver content migration support as we look to rebuild our internal communication site on SharePoint, with integrated minisites

Your Experience

• 1-2 years marketing, content, user experience, or design experience with a solid understanding of content and communications
• Demonstrated content delivery and creative mindset with the drive to deeply understand the audiences you are building for and what makes the content valuable
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate ideas
