If you are someone that thrives in a changing, fun environment, where people come first and anything is possible then you should keep reading! Our small and perfectly formed team need a People Advisor superhero.ย  If you have an inner drive and motivation to achieve and making a difference is at the heart of everything you do, weโ€™d love to hear from you.

About the role

This is a newly created role that will support our Advisory team to bring the magic.ย  We are looking for someone that loves attention to detail and problem solving, has a hit the ground running level of Human Resources skills and knowledge, and most importantly is interested in People and helping them have an amazing time at work.

The difference youโ€™ll make:

  • Create agreements and onboarding using our future-ready people systems
  • Help the people that work for us, and their leaders, navigate our policies and procedures
  • Partner with leaders to recruit the best people for our teams
  • Advice on and create all things People relatedย

Skills & Experienceย

Itโ€™s not the be-all and end-all, but weโ€™d be stoked if you have:

  • worked in an HR-related role before so youโ€™re role-ready
  • a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field like Psychology or Social Work so you get the โ€œwhy?โ€ behind what we do

Our investment in you:

  • Loads of flexibility โ€“ work where you want, when you want, how you want
  • All the usual stuff, but way better โ€“ 4% Kiwi Saver, ability to buy extra leave, paid volunteer days, free fruit in the office, amazing Parental Leave entitlements, free Life and Medical Insurance โ€“ I know right!?
  • As much development as you can handle!
  • Working with an amazing, supportive, and fun team - even if we do say so ourselvesโ€ฆ

Applications close: Friday 22 October 2021

At Powerco, we believe that diversity is our superpower.ย  We want our workforce to reflect the communities that we serve โ€“ gender, age, ethnicity, disability, working preferences, gender identity, sexuality, education, background, upbringingโ€ฆ we value and celebrate it all.ย  We are committed to providing a safe space where people can bring their whole selves to work and feel like they belong.ย ย
