The company is very diverse across almost all diversity dimensions with exception of gender. This has become a focus recently and there is a keen interest in addressing the gender imbalance.
The company has being trying to improve gender diversity, however on a whole it is still an extremely male dominant firm. As it is an international company, ethnic diversity is not a problem here.
