Online testing, followed by video interview and then a combined group and individual interview. All virtual.

Don't really remember but there was an online assessment centre where all the applicants that round were gathered into a zoom call, split into groups, and asked to do a short group project together with some problem solving prompt

Was quite good, had an assessment centre where got put into groups to work on group activity while being watched by someone from early careers and a senior banker from the department I would be going into, don't remember the interview much.

Typical graduate recruitment process. But the team were very friendly and welcoming throughout. It moved quickly and there were no surprises. It was great to meet reps from the business in the interview so I could ask more specific questions

Research the compnay. There is so much going on in the banking & finance industry that to be able to talk about it in an interview helps show motivation

Be genuine, do research about the company so if they ask "why did you apply for us" you can give some specific response to seem like you're not just handing out 500 resumes to every single company (even if you are)
