Welcome to L’Oreal’s Brandstorm Virtual Experience.

This virtual experience is based on L’Oreal’s Brandstorm, an innovation competition which has attracted over 200,000 ambitious graduates worldwide since its creation.

The aim of Brandstorm, and this virtual experience, is to give you real life hands-on professional experience and reveal the skills L’Oreal is looking for, such as entrepreneurship and innovation, tenacity and audacity, and the ability to take risks.

What you’ll learn

This virtual experience will give you the opportunity to discover L’Oréal’s culture, business model and areas of expertise. You will also learn about the global cosmetics market, sustainability and L’Oreal’s commitment to sustainability. 

In this virtual experience you will work towards the goal of building a plastic-less future in the beauty industry. Specifically, you will be tasked with creating an innovation that reduces or eliminates the use of plastic by inventing new circular business solutions, and by changing middle-class consumer behaviour.
